The VFW (social dancing & classes)

The George Dilboy VFW Post 529 in Somerville is a fabulous venue and we are lucky to call it our home! Air conditioning keeps us cool, the bar upstairs keeps us hydrated, and our state of the art sound system has us grooving all night long. We are steps from the Davis Square T stop, which includes the 87, 88, 89, 90, 94, and 96 bus lines. The 77 bus is also a short walk away.

The VFW Post has a dedicated parking lot for approximately 40 cars. There is also a free parking lot after 6pm behind the Henderson Carriage Building, about 0.3 miles from the venue. Here are the walking directions. Additionally, parking at street meters is free after 8pm. Please take care to avoid parking in spots labeled as resident-only.
